Horse of the Month: Promise
Question 1 How long have you been a therapy horse?
I was taken in by a really nice lady a few hours away who helped me get healthy and promised me I would be taken care of for the rest of my life. She thought Hooves to Freedom would be a perfect home for me and here I am.
Question 2: Did you know Blaze?
I have heard whispers about Blaze from the other horses here, they say we have similar color coats.
Question 3 Who is your best friend?
I’ve bonded most with Psalem since I’ve been here, I think we’re going to be best buds.
Question 4 What is your favorite activity to do?
I love to get scratches from people. When people stop scratching and petting me, I step toward them to let them know I want more.
Question 5 What do you love most about HTF?
I love getting a lot of attention from a lot of different people. I have met many kind people since arriving.
Question 6 What is something most people don’t know about you?
I’m an Appaloosa like Summer; my coat color is called a chestnut blanket pattern.
